I provide individual therapy for teens, young adults, college students, and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves or others. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, emotional patterns, and coping strategies at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering.
All sessions are provided virtually, and I am currently accepting new clients in California.
