About My Practice

Individualized Therapy

 Individual therapy is a one-on-one, supportive space designed just for you. It’s a place to slow down, breathe, and feel heard without judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, or simply want to understand yourself better, individual therapy can help you heal, grow, and reconnect with who you are.


I provide individual therapy for teens, young adults, college students, and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves or others. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, emotional patterns, and coping strategies at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. 


All sessions are provided virtually, and I am currently accepting new clients in California.
 

My Approach

 At The Healing Space Therapy & Co., I believe healing is deeply personal there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools that support growth, clarity, and emotional well-being.


My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I meet you where you are, honoring your pace while helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.


Therapeutic Approaches Used:

  • Psychodynamic Therapy  Exploring patterns, past experiences, and unconscious influences that shape current thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
     
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Identifying and reframing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to support healthier coping and emotional regulation.
     
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Building skills for distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
     
  • Trauma-Informed Therapy Prioritizing safety, empowerment, and trust while addressing the impact of trauma with care and sensitivity.
